Well, this was me yesterday. I have started to go to the gym with a friend, Petra Sterns, at 5 in the morning. This means that I weak up at 4:50 am to get to the gym on time. At work we do a lot of our valley wide meetings over the phone. I was listening to one of my co-workers teach us something, and I FELL ASLEEP. Some would say " that's OK, you were tired". I told Chris what had happened, and he asked " did you talk in while you were asleep?". I forgot that I talk in my sleep. Chris likes it when I talk in my sleep because he can carry full conversations with me!. O spoke to my co-worker, and I told her that I fell asleep, and that I also talk in my sleep. She was kind enough to tell me that it was OK and that I didn't talk in my sleep.

good luck with the work out schedule... i tried that and it took me awhile to get into the habit but after i did, there was no stoppin me!!!!!!! :)
well, for the apron swap you have to wait until she does ANOTHER one... and i am not sure when that will be... you have to follow her blog and see when she has another one and then just follow her instructions. here is the blog:

Way to go! Petra was texting me about your 5 am workouts and I think that's the best! It's great to have a workout buddy to motivate you! Besides the Les Mills classes Rock and kick my butt! I did them for almost 3 years!
Keep it up and you will be glad you did! Benefits of exercise are huge!
